Glittering nights, golden mornings
Casino floors, candlelit dinners and a shoreline that never loses its charm. For 21 years we have refined one craft: making every guest feel like the centre of the room — without ever needing to say it aloud.
A glimpse inside
Room by room, year by year.
When we opened in 2005 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one principle: guests are not revenue units — they are people we have invited into our home. 21 years on we have 60 keys, three restaurants and a casino floor — and that principle has not shifted.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong one. Over 21 years we chose one path and held to it. Every member of our team — from reception to the kitchen porters — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct for what excellence looks like. No building can manufacture that on its own. It comes from people.
We hope you will come and judge for yourself. And when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so the next 21 years surpass the last.
Small details, handled with care
Nothing is showy. Everything is intentional. That is what our regulars keep coming back for.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining levels facing west, arranged so no two tables ever sit directly opposite one another. Golden hour here lasts roughly forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years.
Culinary Delights
Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest shapes tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not impose seasonal dishes — they let the season inscribe itself onto the plate, each morning, in pencil.
Resort Experience
Two private casino salons, three gaming lounges, and a service team schooled at Europe's finest houses. From baccarat to roulette, every table is overseen by a dealer with at least five years on our floor. Discretion is not an extra here. It is the foundation.
Wellness & Spa
Thalassotherapy drawn from the sea beneath us, treatments from a 90-page menu, and undisturbed calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The result is easier to feel than to describe.
